Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions that we get from new customers.
Can we smoke on the bus?
We're sorry, but no. In order to keep the furnishings on our bus fresh and clean, we do not allow smoking on our buses. However we do allow for unlimited stops during your time with us, so feel free to let us know if you'd like us to pull over so you can grab a smoke. As long as it's safe to do so, we will be happy to accommodate!
Can we drink on the bus?
Of course! That's why we call it a party bus! We cannot legally provide drinks to you, but we do provide ice and cups, so you just have to bring the liquor, beer, or other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of your choice. One thing we ask, however, is that you make sure that anyone partaking in the festivities is of legal drinking age to do so.
Are we allowed to cancel?
Unfortunately, no. Once you have made your reservation and put down a deposit, you are required to pay the full amount whether you use it or not. Depending on availability, you might be able to move your time earlier or later or upgrade or downgrade your vehicle.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We cannot legally provide you with alcohol. You will have to bring your own. We have coolers in the vehicles that we stock with ice and also provide cups and paper towels.
Are we allowed to bring food?
You can bring food! You could even though some perishables into the coolers to stay cool! Try not to make a mess though. If there is a considerable amount of mess, you may be charged a cleaning free.
What hours do you operate?
We operate 24 hours a day, and even beyond that, 7 days a week and 365 days a year! You can rent our services any date in the year, any day of the week, and any time of the day. The only limitation is that we can be all booked up, so make sure you call plenty early to make your reservations! All it takes is a quick credit card deposit over the phone.
Any hidden fees?
Nope! We don't do that. There is nothing we will hide from you. You will know up front about any fees that may come up. You can even ask us and we'd be happy to answer.
Do you travel out of the state?
We can now operate outside of our great state! There may be additional fees involved to cover our fuel costs, but we will be happy to accommodate your out of state requests if at all possible to do so.
What condition should the bus be in when we bring it back to you?
We respectfully ask that our customers bring the bus back in the same condition that it was given to them in. This is to insure that everyone enjoys their party bus experience to the fullest, and is only fair to future customers, that they will get a bus that is as pristine as it was when your party first boarded.
Are children allowed to come onto the vehicles?
Children can absolutely come onto the vehicles. If there are those who are under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicles. We are great for birthday parties, Quinceaneras, sweet 16 and more!
If my party ends up staying at our destination longer than we planned, will we incur additional fees?
Absolutely not. Since we charge a simple hourly rate, you'll be charged your hourly rate in increments of 15 minutes so that you don't pay for time you don't use.
Why do your prices fluctuate?
Our prices fluctuate because we are constantly monitoring costs to insure that the rate you're charged is the fairest possible rate we can give at that particular time. Pricing is dictated by a number of factors, including demand, current fuel costs, and other determinant factors which affect our costs. Our pricing scale is set up so that we are able to cover our costs, and provide you with the most optimal rate possible.
Are you insured? Would I be able to see your insurance documentation?
We are definitely insured. In fact, we're insured to the highest amount possible in our area. And, sure! Our policy is to be as transparent for our clientèle as possible... so we're happy to provide our documentation for your peace of mind.
How about the Department of Transportation, are you licensed with them?
Absolutely! All of our vehicles adhere to both state and federal Department of Transportation regulations, and we also have the requisite licensure in place for each and every vehicle in our fine fleet.
